At The Barn at Blueberry Hill, we’ve spent over a decade perfecting the art of stress-free barn weddings in North Carolina. Our standout package includes the elements most venues charge extra for: extended access beginning Thursday, two nights in our Farmhouse accommodation, professional DJ services, complete setup and cleanup, and an extensive inventory of decor items that would cost thousands to rent elsewhere. Every detail—from our climate-controlled barn to the picturesque pond ceremony site—has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you and your guests can focus entirely on celebrating your special day.

Included in the rental fee:
- Two nights housing at The Farmhouse at Blueberry Hill
- Barn and grounds for 2 full days
- DJ for wedding and reception. He will also come for the rehearsal.

- Minimum of 2 staff members will be available for your event

A 5% discount is given if the rental fee is paid in full at the time of the booking with a check or cash. If you are active military then you will also receive a 5% discount. Only one discount will be applied.
Call for an appointment to come by and see our wedding barn and pay the $500 deposit to hold Blueberry Hill for your special day.
“Go Green” Wedding Package
Celebrate your special day with our eco-friendly “Go Green” package. This includes 150 place settings of flatware, glass dinner plates, water goblets, and cloth napkins. We also provide a convenient kegerator for serving beer, helping you minimize waste from glass bottles or cans. For barware, you’ll have access to mason jars with handles and stemless wine glasses.

Wedding Flowers
For an extra charge we can do your flowers. Some brides choose to use potted plants and then they give them as gifts or use them in their flower gardens. My parents have owned a greenhouse for many years and we have access to flowers and Emma and Terrea who can help arrange them. Below is an example of our work.
To get an idea of the cost of flowers, multiple each of the estimates times the amount needed. These estimates include in-season flowers.

Incredible venue! Sandra and her team are fantastic people to work with! They made sure everything was perfect for my wedding from the set up, to the INCREDIBLE floral arrangements and details, to assisting me with creating a makeshift bustle for my dress. I could not have found a more perfect location to celebrate my wedding with my family and friends. The barn truly is a fairytale sight and holds so much character. We had our wedding on June 3rd wedding at the Barn at Blueberry Hill. It was gorgeous. Not only did we host our wedding here, but we also hosted our welcome party here the night before. They were incredibly accommodating both nights. Jacob was wonderful with setting up tables and bartending for our welcome party dinner. I was beyond stressed for the weekend, but any time I stopped by anything that was being taken care of was already done or in the process of being taken care of. The stress left my body as I saw how amazing everyone was. Sandra also put together our flowers including table centerpieces, bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and even had extra for flowers going down the aisle. The flowers were gorgeous and exactly like photo inspiration I had sent her. Everyone raved about how gorgeous the venue was and the weather thankfully ended up being beautiful too. We cannot recommend the Barn at Blueberry Hill enough. You can trust them with all your needs and worries. Your day will be beautiful. Attaching a few photos from ours.
